She has an MA in publishing from ESCP in Paris and her favourite book is Romain Gary’s La Promesse de l’Aube.

She loves the variety of working with Kobo: from communication to editorial activities, data analysis to project management and meeting with authors and speaking at conferences—it’s everything a book and publishing nerd could dream of!

Laura, Toronto

Laura answers many of the author care questions, runs our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and works with Shayna on various promotions. She has a BA in English from York University in Canada and a post-grad certificate in book, magazine and electronic publishing from Centennial College. Her favourite part of working with the KWL team is working directly with authors and finding new and exciting content to share on our various social media channels.
