As the holiday season approaches, the schedule for our regular approvals will be adjusted. Please be advised that between December 20, 2020 and January 4th, 2021, email support will be reduced and the Kobo office will be closed from December 23rd to January 4th .
All holiday promotions will be completed by end of day December 18th, 2020.
Rakuten Kobo will be closed from December 23rd to January 4th and no books will be processed in that time.
We advise that all eBook and audiobook content be delivered on or before end of day Friday, December 18th, 2020, in order to ensure all new titles and promotional pricing scheduled for this period are available on site. Changes can still be made via the dashboard where necessary, and content can be uploaded, but be advised that the holidays will result in slower response or processing time.
