In our latest episode we chat with author, Emily St. John Mandel. Emily has written four novels, most recently Station Eleven, which was a finalist for a National Book Award and the PEN/Faulkner Award, and won the 2015 Arthur C. Clarke Award, the Toronto Book Award, and the Morning News Tournament of Books, and has been translated into 27 languages. She talks to us about how she created a post-apocalyptic world that Station Eleven takes place in and why she thinks that, even in the end of days, art would survive.
